"In order to add photos, change your avator, enable your IM, etc., go to YOUR ACCOUNT on the front page (your left side) and then click VIEW YOUR PROFILE. You can make your changes there. You can also go into  CUSTOMIZE YOUR PROFILE and make necessary changes."

"Once your photos are submitted we review them and determine if they pass our criteria, which is no gang signs, oversexualized images, pictures showing inappropriate behavior, etc.  Should they be accepted you ought to see them within 72 hours, often times you'll see them within 24 hours.  If you have any questions on why your photos were not approved please write to Officer Placa.   We realize you want to see your pictures posted but PLEASE do not resend them.  It only makes more work on our part."

Your screen name or email address probably had some gang relation to it, e.g., a 13 in the name, or 14, or 18, etc., etc., etc.  You can write to Officer Placa should you have any questions.
